NGA will install a modern 2 cylinders boxer engine based on a BMW bicycle engine with specially designed dual electronic injection which offers a very low specific fuel consumption of 225 g/kWh @ best economy.

Furthermore, the engine is extremely quiet and will fulfill any noise requirement in Europe. This goes together with the choice of a tractor propeller, rather than a pusher prop.

Last but not least: the engine is a 3 ways catalyzed engine and NGA will be one of the first companies offering this motorisation from scratch, resulting in a more environmental friendly aeroplane.

Alternative powerplants, diesel in particular, are considered.
